dino borri was born in Bra, Italy – home of good cheese great salsiccia, better ideas, and the birthplace of Slow Food.
Raised with the philosophy that food is more than nourishment – it’s culture, community, and a way of life – Dino carries an Italian soul, a Mediterranean spirit, and a truly global mindset.

With over 20 years of experience in the food, wine, and hospitality world, he has helped shape restaurants, markets, and brand concepts across continents, blending creativity and strategy with a deep respect for ingredients, people, and place.

He’s not your average consultant – Dino is a builder of stories, a connector of worlds, and a hands-on operator who believes that excellence lives in the details (and sometimes in a really good tomato).

Through his consulting studio, he works with ambitious founders and companies to create hospitality and retail experiences that resonate – emotionally and commercially. The motto?
